SilaVoren was founded in 2019 by a group of Auckland-based gamers who were tired of reading reviews that felt disconnected from the realities of gaming in New Zealand — server latency, local release timing, and the unique perspective of the Kiwi gaming community.
We started as a small blog and grew into one of New Zealand's most-read independent game review platforms. Our editorial team spans PC, console, and handheld gaming, with reviewers who specialise in specific genres to ensure every game gets the attention it deserves.
We operate without publisher funding or paid placements. Every review is written after completing the game, and every score reflects our genuine assessment — nothing more, nothing less.
